I don't know. I think maybe it could have been worded a little more kindly but the comment is true just as it would be for almost every footballer and worker of any profession around.
Yeah, but not only Crofts, will whoever gets RDZ also take our goalie coach, our recruitment head etc etc. I think chelsea excelled in that dept.
Edit: just seen @Weststander post, didn't mean to echo, but you get the idea.
Again, I agree, I think Chelsea went beyond what is 'normal' for when a manager is taken, and yes of course I know De Zerbi will take his chaps with him, that makes sense.
Some of that is true but the sheer number of staff chelsea took was unprecedented and it was pretty brutal with that in mind and the timing. I do not think we need to 'get used to it' as that scale of problem is unlikely to occur again.
I quite agree. However the way people speak causes an impression wherever they are from. I used to enjoy reading club posts on social media about our club. Now they are populated by these kind of idiotic comments and frankly it's annoying.
This. And if you can be bothered, read Facebook and Twitter comments from our club and fans and you'll see the infestation of nasty, entitled and negative comments from 'fans' who have mostly never set foot in England, London and especially Stamford Bridge.
Think you said something similar when the offer was millions less as well. Are you going to keep repeating that until he is sold? If he isn't sold will you feel uncomfortable about watching him play outstanding football for us?
It doesn't 'Mean absolutely nothing.'
It means that whilst he may be persuaded to stay with Chelsea or move elsewhere, he, at least, like the idea of joining us. If he didn't he'd likely state that he was looking forward to getting back to London.
