There is going to be a lot of room to play with for Gus. Ok we know that there is only a small rise on last seasons budget BUT high earners, Forster, Virgo, Livermore, McLeod, Hawkins? and Cox have all left. We spent just under a million on players last summer and i feel a similar cash input...
i think that your arguement is exactly the point, we need to sell more next time round a smaller rise will entice people into buying season tickets as opposed to seats on a game by game basis. If we fail to win promototion next year Falmer could be an emptyish ground when we play Yeovil at home...
i think it has been increased now so it wont be such a jump at Falmer, i reckon the rise this time next year will be 2% making it a 5% increase over 2 years.....
