It's hypothetical, since no previous president has been the subject of an attempted prosecution by a state DOJ. It is expected that the SCOTUS would weigh in and say that any prosecution (or jail sentence) would have to wait until the president is no longer president.
He can only pardon himself for Federal crimes. Some of the prosecutions are at state level.
They may be overturned now though - seeing as he was 'immune' when actually making the payments.
