We deserved to win that. We bossed them in the first half, especially in midfield, they had their moments in the second half, but we brought on the perfect sub to stretch them late on, and to get a glorious late winner, so late that they couldn't recover. Well done England.

Verbruggen was brilliant in the post match interview. Only him and Dumfries bothered turning up for the media but sounded way beyond his years and he said he’s proud of himself of tournament, hopes he continues this form into this season for us.
