We'll win this but don't fancy our chances against the likes of Germany France and even Spain
It's just the classic "We'll be found out as soon as we meet a good team",
"Oh, we beat them? They must have been shit then."
I'll let it play out before I judge anybody too harshly.
Won't get Germany if we win group. Likely Italy quarters. France semi. Out in quarters.most likely.

It seems that England have managed to put out 10 players, all of whom are incapable of putting in the effort or sprinting in order to create a high (or medium) press. Now I do love a bit of traditionalism but it's almost as if the last 10 years of football tactics development never happened 
Sorry, my mistake, we got found out by a very average Italian side in a home advantage final, it's not just good teams.
Why does Foden go missing as soon as he puts on an England shirt? Unbelievable it's the same player that has torn up the PL this season.
There's just been too many examples of this happening though for it not to be a coincidence. Our best hope with Southgate is getting lucky with penalties in the later stages.
It’s odd that over night numerous players felt their socks were too tight and no one has thought of wearing a bigger size. This also flies in the face of science which suggests compression in socks is a good thing.
