Brace yourselves, everyone: the annual "Wilf Wants To Leave" charade is about to kick off again!

Very much looking forward to the moment in three to four weeks time when he signs a new, £175,000 per week contract and Palace call a press conference where Zaha announces- wearing a facial expression familiar to those of us who remember Saddam Hussein parading western hostages on TV- that he's Palace through and through and is looking forward to working under Roy for another season.

He's contracted for another 3 years to Palace, and NOBODY is going to pick up his ludicrous wages of £130,000 a week, let alone whatever loony transfer fee the weird spiv drops on him this window.

Whatever way you slice it, the SEGW is properly manacled to that shambles of a club, and will likely be dressing up in their chucklesome jester costumes, trotting out in a decrepit slum, for the remainder of his unfulfilled, bang-average career.

He's paid £130,000 every week. I'm sure he's got many more "friends" than most of us.

If he wants to be "part of a project", there's a certain stand which isn't building itself...

No construction firm would take a risk on Winifred - he’d fall off the scaffold and their insurance would be screwed..

Suarez will be joining Messi at leeds as best mates like to stick together apparently. They are leeds through and through.

I hate them spunktrumpets (nicked) as well. Can't see us doing business with them in the near future. Thought they would be grateful for us lending them Ben. But no, they despise us. Bizarre.

I love my away days but never again will I go there. To be called a fooking bender as I'm holding my wife's hand? Back to the 70s.

Just seen this.

It was Millwall for me. As i walked out with my son, I got told that they had their backs to the wall to stop arsebandits like me.

I pointed out that whether I was gay or not made absolutely no difference whatsoever when you're as pig f***ing ugly as he was. My son escorted me away

Hang on.

Last season didn’t he really push for a move to Arsenal??
Didn’t he support them as a boy??
Didn’t he say he didn’t want to go to Everton??

I think he may have banged his head during diving practice.

Nurse, Nurse!!!

After Zaha's generous interventions at the start of Covid I am inclinded to cut the boy some slack. It isn't his fault he's found himself attached to Shitehole park by a golden ball and chain, and I actually commend him for wanting out and saying so.

His antics on a football pitch are another matter, obviously.

Let's be a bit more like the Rugby contingent who gouge each other in the literal testicles during the match, then buy each other a pint of foaming ale and call each other 'sister' in the bar later.

Or I could just '**** off'.

I'll get my coat, then.

So they claimed they were the 'rugby contingent' ???

Have I introduced my friend, the Nigerian financial advisor

My ex boss is an Everton fan. He should be excited about this season. I know they are fukken useless at spending money, but this time they have a mildly half decent manager doing so.

Dibley eyeing Everton up is a tad sad. It's a bit "I want that one."

I bet Prince Charming regrets not accepting Arsenal's "derisory and insulting" offer of £40m a while back (2, 3 years?)

And I always thought Bolasie was the better of the 2. Surprised how it turned out for him. We should bid 3m, that would go down well.
