Thanks for checking. Yes, I agree, still a good thing to doExactly my thought so I clicked through to read more - something about renting them out to those travelling on business, so, presumably, AirBnB or similar short-term rentals - a market that now doesn't exist.

Churlish. He didn’t have to do it, and he’s no Robbie Fowler (in either a football or landlording sense). If I earned 130k a week I’d expect to have a bloody good portfolio of something.

Credit for the gesture apart, does an area like Croydon really need 50 houses for business travellers or am I putting to much emphasis on business and not enough on travellers!!!
You do realise Croydon is only about 7 miles from central London and on the main line to Gatwick. It also
Has major insurance companies and the home office as well as a huge shopping hub. So no real need for that silly comment.
