So many f***ing twats get on their high f***ing horse about a tongue-in-cheek piece in some tucked-away colour supplement.
I couldn't give two hoots one way or the other. There are enough accidents on country roads arising from blinkered drivers, deluded speed-freak motorcyclists and cyclists who think they're Mark Cavendish or Chris Hoy to make everyone a guilty party, but it's always got to be black or white on here, and it's soooo DULL.
Exactly, there are far to many avoidable deaths on the roads, about 3,500 each year.
So why should it be ok to admit to dangerous driving, suffer no consequence, thereby saying dangerous driving is ok.
The sheer stupidity of the whole article made me doubt the validity of it, hence the thread title. But sadly JM's subsequent reactions has me thinking this did happen, causing the reaction it got.
