I attended football coaching sessions with Dean Wilkins when I was a youth.
I briefly played in the same Hollingbury Hawks team as Adam Virgo.
I moved Ashley Barnes into his house in Rottingdean.
I worked with Kerry Mayo’s step father.

Seeing everyone, will hopefully be a good mood tonight.
I was thinking what link do you have, as a fan to the Albion, it doesn't matter if it's tenuous or personal.
For me it would be I've played footy against Neil Smilie and been involved in a sports quiz v Albion players, way back in the 1980s.
I do know some on here have told me of their links, so I'll let them tell their stories. :thumbsup:
I was playing in a team with Danny Cullip and I was being pathetic as I thought the opposition were better than us. He gave me a good pep talk. I scored, we won.

I worked with someone from the Dean Hammond age group, who had been released by the Albion when he was 19. He said Cullip was as hard as nails and all of the 16 to 19 youth squad were scared of him. They let him win every tackle in training.

I was Peter Wards paper boy when he lived in MIle Oak.....Never did tip me at Christmas.!!

That's because, no matter how many times I told you, you would only stick it halfway in. And you never put the newspaper all the way through the letterbox either.

My front wall was rendered by Eric Gill's grandson.
My mate's son played for the Albion and scored the first league goal this millennium.
