Very sorry to hear this.

Keep posting when you feel able to.

We're all here for you.

I feel for you. I was in Yorkshire, having visited my youngest brother in Hurstwood, Haywards Heath for three days, and returned because he was still in a coma, and the outcome unknown. He died 48 hours later, aged 21 from encephalitis (inflammation of the brain).
It is painful, so allow yourself to grieve, and find a friend who will let you talk about it. It does help. If it helps, send me a message.
Sometimes things happen in life where there is no explanation, and we just have to get through them.
Going to the funeral, when it's arranged will help you to accept it.

I’m really sorry to hear this. We don’t expect our younger siblings to go before us. My thoughts are with you and the rest of his family.

Sorry to hear this fella. I remember receiving a call from the hospital that my dad's organs were failing and despite leaving the house within minutes, didn't make it on time (he was 61 too).
That was bad enough but I can't imagine how it feels for it to be your younger brother - feel for you

Condolences. Rotten to hear, hope you're OK. It will be crap but it will get better eventually.

is it impossible to make it there in time? even if there is the smallest of chances you may feel better for having tried. My sympathies are with you and, as others have said, look after yourself.
