It gets better . All the old cladding was salvaged and made 250k so we are 50k up on the deal .

Phase two incorporates the cable ties and plastic conduit, all parts are being taken from Noddy's toy car. The exhaust pipe will be reused for the conduit and Noddy's t shirt and hat for ties.

Once completed... Well you know the saying, build it and they will come.....
