For “£37,306,125”?

Not a very effective Agency ploy to plant ideas that your player is worth less than he actually is.
Believe it or not - and I may be very naive - but I firmly believe that the OP made that figure up!

I await definitive clarification from Hans Solo as to whether it is bullshit or not! :lolol:

Got to be at least £37.4m.

Not accepting any low-ball offers.

Why would a Spanish media outlet have any idea about a transfer between two English clubs for an Argentine player who is currently on loan at a third English club?

Seems entirely made up. And Spurs probably don't need an attacking midfielder right now either. Seems like the least of their issues.
Daniel Levy got pissed at Linekers bar and let slip on some of his ramblings!

Why do you think he’s worth more? people talking £50m have lost their heads. Anyhow he’s signed a new deal with no option to buy which suggests he’s staying where he is.
He maybe not worth more currently and we obviously won’t be selling him in January anymore than we’d be selling Verbruggen but if he has a second half of the season on the trajectory he’s had with Leicester in the first half, I can’t see TB letting him go for less than £45-50m in the Summer if Spurs or Liverpool stake an interest. We want to keep him for another season at least unless we get a really good wack for him..

Geez the January window hasn’t even opened and already we’re reacting to the sports rags trying to ‘excite’ the January window with rumours of players that might be sold in the summer

He would walk into our team on this season, find somebody else to sell.

It would not surprise me if we undersold him like Gilmour if the manager doesn’t rate him though.

Another ITK thread by the same thread starter as Gilmour to Napoli?

Hmm. Of course the agents won't care about the transfer fee, as long as there is a move and a large fee for them.
Isn’t the Agent fee usually a percentage of the transfer fee?

Absolutely not.

maybe this is just paper talk, but it does appear a move away from our young South American players

Bunonotte ( loan with possible sale)
sarmiento ( seems to have gone)
barco( possible loan to buy)
enciso ( some on here think he is shite and want him away)
estupian ( as above)
Gomez ( maybe straight out on loan)

of course it could all be coincidence, it it does appear that they are more regarded as cash cows, a la MacAllister and Caicedo.

I have it on very good authority. Everton are preparing a 35 million pounds bid for him.

Actually they are not. But I know someone would believe it.

Billy Gilmour is a far better player and we let him go for a snip. Push Spurs to 40 million and rub our hands vigorously.
Billy Gilmore is not a far better player and has nowhere near the potential Buonanotte has.

Gilmour is a limited player who works in certain systems and has a standout game once every 6 months.

They also don't play in nearly the same position(s) so comparisons are redundant.

Very different roles? Gilmour has a neat CM passing/possession game, but lacks pace and wasn’t for us good enough to provide assists. Might’ve thrived in a CM three with Caicedo and MacA … but who wouldn’t?

Buonotte looks to have it all as a creator/forward. Not just based on some LCFC cameos, for us imho he made things happen.

Given the fact that apparently all our players and manager are shit, we may need him :ROFLMAO:

Seriously no, he is a good player and should be kept and developed.
