Tottenham Hotspur has set its sights on a young Argentine talent that is causing a sensation in the Premier League. It is Facundo Buonanotte, offensive midfielder loaned to Leicester City by Brighton & Hove Albion. The London club has taken a firm step in its interest in the player, offering a considerable sum of 45 million euros to get his services.

Disagree. I think game time has proved he’s worth keeping. That why I suggested Ayari needs to go out on loan (and got flamed by a few). He could be what we need!
Ayari did go out on loan. Not very successfully - but appears to have learned some good lessons from it. Can't see any benefits from sending him out on loan again. Valuable member of the squad; staying in that role, with regular PL appearances, will only enhance his value, should we decide to sell rather than keep.

Why would a Spanish media outlet have any idea about a transfer between two English clubs for an Argentine player who is currently on loan at a third English club?

Seems entirely made up. And Spurs probably don't need an attacking midfielder right now either. Seems like the least of their issues.
This.

Another clickbait story based on rumours a few days before the window opens (because we know that when any Brighton player has a break out season, there are 5 Premier League clubs, 3 Spanish Clubs and a few Italian clubs “interested in him”.)

Newmarket.
Are Premier League transfer fees usually agreed in €uros?
I don't believe Levy has sent an offer of £37,306,125 to TB.

For “£37,306,125”?

Not a very effective Agency ploy to plant ideas that your player is worth less than he actually is.

Probably bollocks.

But if there's a bid, as ever, Tony will have his valuation and you can easily ignore any figures quoted in the media.

It's Tony's figure that counts

Hmm. Of course the agents won't care about the transfer fee, as long as there is a move and a large fee for them.
