I had an account with NatWest. They messed me about so much I closed it and luckily haven't dealt with them for 13 years.
Since then I've been with TSB. As TSB they were brilliant which is why I kept the account all this time. Since they became Lloyds TSB I've sensed the "bottom line" coming more in to play and the customer service is being reduced almost daily (and soon, I hear I will be calling someone in Delhi to help me, brilliant, time to move banks methinks )
