It has to be said First Direct are first rate!
Lord Bracknell said:The young Miss Bracknell (currently in Oz) lost her wallet yesterday. A real bummer in itself - especially on Boxing Day, when you're the wrong side of Sydney Harbour at 10.30pm without a ticket home.

Net result - I was £5 further overdrawn than I would have been if they'd paid the DD - Despite "under no circumstances is there an overdraft facility on your account" - Oh unless of course we want to charge you. Wankers.

Since then I've been with TSB. As TSB they were brilliant which is why I kept the account all this time. Since they became Lloyds TSB I've sensed the "bottom line" coming more in to play and the customer service is being reduced almost daily (and soon, I hear I will be calling someone in Delhi to help me, brilliant, time to move banks methinks )
