You can crush your trachea (throat) which would lead to suffocation. You would need a tracheotomy within minutes. Small cut in the middle above the collarbone and insert a straw/pipe to let air in and out.

Not bones tho is it? Thought it was cartilege in the throat? Might be wrong. Tho probably no more wrong than Dr Bunsen Honeydew
