Frustrating - games gone just as the lineup suggested. A put together team who have never played together before with a kid making his first start playing. No strikers. Also the worst co-commentator I've had the misfortune to listen to ever - woeful and annoying.

The first non-upbeat Albion post I can ever remember from you!

That is extremely unfair on Steve McManaman.

Which is extremely unfair, as I've had to listen to Danny Murphy, Jermaine Jenas and Steve McManaman for years and I don't see anybody shouting about how male co-commentators should all go back to the golf course.

Plenty of threads on here about poor commentators and pundits - who are male.

He’s not great and there’s many who are up there but this lady is in a league of her own. ‘It fell at his feet’ when he headed it and all sorts of mundane nonsense.

Disjointed, as might be expected, but still in it. Hope some shrewd subs might tip the balance.

Would vastly improve the second half if there was a ‘crowd noise only’ option.

Struggling without too many key players. Not a surprise. Lallana and Welbeck on for the second half please

We’ll win this. Finding myself really enjoying this game. No one can expect the usual free-flowing football with so many injuries in key positions, not to mention it only great playmaker on a red, but a scrappy enjoyable watch nonetheless. And no one can fault the attitude, even or minuscule players are winning way more duels and second balls than expected.

Early goal in the second, two more pints and then a late winner, Fati beautifully served by Adingra.

I agree with the majority of posts regarding tonight’s truly awful commentary but absolutely do not agree with all of the doom and gloom posts about us on here.
Considering how injury ravaged we are, I think we’ve been pretty bloody good. Just that all important final third part that’s letting us down.

Quite enjoyed our first half bar the first minute. Having said that we look toothless up front. Fati looks like he’s just collecting his pay check. Think RDZ’s is right with him- you need more than just talent and sadly I think he’ll be back at Barca next season. Moder doesn’t look the player he was- understandable. Pervis and JP all over the shop. Peupion out his depth sadly. Expect he’ll be subbed at HT. Goodnight done ok but needs to man up! At least we are moving the ball quickly

Important to get to HT only one down. We had more of the play as the half went on even though we didn’t look fluent. Should be 1-1 with Facu’s chance. All to play for now, let’s see if RDZ can have influence with the team talk and the subs

yep - it’s not a gender thing and it’s a shame some have made some poor comments. But just cos she’s a women doesn’t mean she shouldn’t get criticism too - or it’s just sexism the other way🤦🏻‍♂️🤣
