Was expecting VAR to screw us on that.
I was relieved it came to nothing. Open stud contact on the back of the leg. Accident, but the POC freeze frame is pretty ugly.

Very disappointed with the first half. Played OK but our shooting is diabolical. Hopefully some positive changes for the second half. WTF was Steele doing for the goal.

Frustrating - games gone just as the lineup suggested. A put together team who have never played together before with a kid making his first start playing. No strikers. Also the worst co-commentator I've had the misfortune to listen to ever - woeful and annoying.

We really need Welbeck.

They've got Neto and Dawson to come on. Wolves will fancy they can get another 1-0 home win. Come on Albion. If we can't score on our own, can we have a lucky pen, own goal. Something!

“Just a fraction offside” he was miles off side “ball to his feet” when it was a header she’s having a poor night

Has she commented on TV before?

we actually haven’t been that bad tonight, and have created chances that i could see a welbeck or enciso benefit from in the second half. couple of observations, peupion looks a bit lightweight, in no way a criticism on his first start for us but he will need replacing in the second half, moder is not offering enough imo and baleba should come on for him, and someone needs to kick all three centre backs up the arse as they have done the opposite of their job tonight

Shame about that Steele howler as we’ve been the better side overall. Played some lovely stuff but just lack cutting edge without Mitoma and Joao Pedro.

Buonanotte superb. You can see Tevez’s Messi comparison tonight. And he’s playing with heart. Really impressed.
Agreed….

Calamitous 1st half. Far too many first touches causing problems, all over the pitch. Need to come out wearing boots not clogs, with some studs be nice too.
