Withdean bacon baguettes - RUINED?

Is that the catering van in the North Stand as I thought that the North Stand was operated by a company called Alexanders as I have seen their van in the Sportsman car park a few times.

If so does anybody have a contact for them as I always forget to take a pen to record it at matches and that catyeriong van is arguably the worst that I have ever seen at a football match. Even Worthings facilities and goods are better than that.

pizza at sport is QUALITY - but very american, so the large majority should surely be against it

I was asking about the North Stand catering which is a disgrace and needs an inspection by eho during match day service

If you go to Lewes you can have a homemade Beef, Stilton and Mash pie. Also they do chilli and chips (served with a fork!!!).

I had a burger and because I only have 2 hands and needed them to get my tackle out I had to leave the burger resting by the side of the urinals. Does it get much worse than that ?.

i always go to the toilet first in order to avoid that problem

it was 2.58 pm and if I did that I would have missed the start, having said that I could have spent 45 minutes eating it and taken my seat and not missed anything

One year one from the loss of the TOP Withdean snack, I MUST know - any chance of a return to a PROPER crispy baguette this season, or are we still stuck in a STALE BREAD HELLHOLE?

can your own drinks/snacks be taken in? a picnic hamper may be pushing it, but cant see how ANY club should get away with charging ££ for grubby grub..

btw, has anyone seen any food hygiene certificates on display?

I guess the only way things may improve / change is if more people boycot them.. either Withdean owners or the club probably already got their rent for the van space, so wont give a...

come on Delia / Gordon etc, where are youuuu...

The van and serving area is still filthy though.

They may have changed caterers in the North Stand as I saw a van with Hardings Caterers written on it parked near The Sportman on Saturday.

i think Hardings do the catering in hospitality, etc. The hygiene of the NS caterers would struggle to pass H&S - handling coins and food without protective gloves, no hats....and they don't seems to ever wash anything.

Bacon baguette was BRILLIANT yesterday I thought!

A drowning of brown sauce(ish) washed down with a nice hot cup of not so dine english tea!

Milk two sugars 4 goals 3 points ding dang do!

In e queuing error, I chanced my arm and had a bacon baguette yesterday... and they were CRISPY again. Made my day.
