now we won the inquiry, I have been led to believe we get back the 3 million we had to spend on it. Lord B is this true?
If so we could now attract some good young players with the new ground to be opened in 2008.

I would have thought it would be an investment to spend some money on team strengthening, just to keep us in this division.

At least we won't have to pay the Capital Gains tax from the sale of the Goldstone.

I think I asked Insider that question last year and got the reply that, once the new company is set up to develop the stadium, past planning expenses drop into the "development costs" pot and will be returned to the club as and when finance is available.
So, there'll be an interesting balancing act between paying the money back to help the squad and devoting every available penny to getting the stadium open on schedule.

I think personally we should whack new long contracts on Hammond, Hinsh, Leon, Reid and CKR these are the players that will make up the spine of a good young side at Falmer.

Seeing as how the NIMBYs cost us a shitload of money waging the legal fight that they eventually lost-can we not sue them for our costs?

Sod all of this 'hand of friendship' bolleaux...they have held us back for three years and THEY MUST BE MADE TO PAY. MADE TO PAY I tells ya!

Agree but why not add Jake keeping with the young theme , and OGH as a utility player and the FDM as our only decent non loan keeper kinks?

Yep youth is probably in the forefront of his mind, but we should steady it wit experience.

34 not too old for a GK if he can stay fit which his 'form' says he wont.

I prefer hart to Dodd who has a bit of the Kitsons, perhaps not as cynically as Kitson, but its does seem like a last pay day while hart is Brighton through and through
