No we were able to defer it pending the public inquiry.
If we had gone past it without permission the Inland Revenue would have taken legal steps.

Surely the first wave of money will go on paying back director's loans? Not ideal but seems logical to me...

Most if not all loans were converted to shares a while back, which means they are non repayable.
