I was under the strong impression that Adams didnt go on the trip. Im sure it said on SSN that Adams found out about it whilst at home.
I cant really blame him for whats happened but maybe its time to look at the European way of running a club. Many of them have First team coaches and then general managers that look after everything else. Adams, like 90 odd other managers in the football league have spent their life in football and I believe just because they can coach, they shouldnt have to look after the day to dy runnig of the club and the well being of the players.

Isnt Berty a Director of Football or something? He knows f*** all about tatics so surely he has some responsibilty to the players?

Apparently Mickey gave the whole team a lecture about being ambassadors for the club just 9 hours before the incident took place. He must be wondering if the players actually respect him as manager if they can just simply disregard what he's told them so soon after.
Something bad obviously happened in that room that night and the players concerned are a total disgrace. I wonder whether Mickey will sit down sometime soon and look back at the good times he had here and maybe wish he had never left. Remember those great scenes last season at the Walkers Stadium when even though Leicester had just won promotion, Mickey made a point of coming over to the Albion fans and applauding us because of the great reception we had given him during the match. He also shook the hand of all his old sqad, all this before he even thought about celebrating with his own players. The guy loves this club and I wouldnt be surprised to see him come back one day and turn on the magic like before, but only if we get the new stadium.
As far as resigning goes I could certainly see it happening. In the final run - in there's going to be a few managers losing their jobs, its already happening, so he would'nt be out of work for long. Really feel sorry for the guy. He looks shot to pieces. He's a great bloke and lets just hope he gets through this without any lasting damage to his reputation. Good luck Mickey.

I just feel 90% of professional footballers are thick as pig shit and of they didn't have the footbal career that has been gifted to them they would all be in Macdonalds trying to get promoted to Fries and Mcnuggets!!!

What makes anyone think he'll come back here? He left to ply his trade at the highest level. He has failed miserably as a top flight manager, firstly as an assistant manager with a relegated team and probably now manager of a relegated team. The reason for his failures are irrelevant. He will be keen to try again and that will not be with us. I don't think top teams will be falling over themselves to sign him, he is a Dave Bassett type manager who relies on commitment and high tempo football. MA is someway short of the tactical managers that top clubs want. Be delighted to see him back here, but it won't happen.

I dont really see how he has failed as a Premiership manager. I think the players he has are not as good as the Wolves set and yet they have been above them all season. The only suprising things with Leicester is the goals they have conceaded from set players and in the alst minute-something I thought Adams would have had sorted. I think he has done very well with what he's got. I cant see him coming back here unless we turn into a top 6 First Div team (??? )
Im very suprised that Southampton moved to get someone in, they are safe for the season and fI really expected them to go for Adams but there you go. The only other club in the Prem I can see him going to at the end of the season is Spurs.

mickey shouldnt walk, unless he wants to come back to us.
every one of the players connected are married, most of them have kids. how was he supposed to know what a bunch of twats he was managing. surely if they are married with kids you wouldnt expect them to go out and sexually abuse anybody. :nono:

The Leicester City board and manager should drop all 9 players and transfer list them, never to play for Leicester. They should play their reserves. Ok they may get relegated by these twats would hopefully never kick a football again.

Micky Adams has been a superb manager for Leicester. He got them promoted in his first season with no money and has kept them in with a chace of staying up all season with no money to spend.

He deserves better than Leicester City and would get another premiership club by the start of next season.

Micky is totally blameless on this in my opinion as he was in charge of 15 grown adults not a " borstal day out for 15 year olds ". It is not too mucj to expect the players to be able to have a couple of pints and not rape some women. What was Micky supposed to do, go and check their hotel rooms at 12 to make sure they were all tucked uo in bed ?.

The only mistake Micky made was in getting the board to agree a trip abroad for team spirit and morale which should have helped keep them up and this is how the players repay him.

Micky resign Monday you are better than this lot of thugs.
