Don't think promoting from within is a good idea when we've been playing shit before. If the manager had left with us on a high you can continue where he left off but with a manager who had lost the fans you need a complete change IMO.

That was my thoughts exactly-you'd think DK would have learned by now. Hinshlewood, Jeff Wood and now DW.

Time for a fresh look at things for the Albion.

I think he is way out of his depth, and DK's decision to make him manager until the end of the season was almost as bad as the decision to sack McGhee. If he is to go it must either be very, very soon or we may as well stick with him get behind him and hope he can turn it around and we can somehow stave off relegation.

Why oh why won't Dick learn from his mistakes, the internal appointments just don't work :nono: And please no one give me any of that crap about no better options being available, there was Penney for one.

Even poaching Hollins from Crawley would have been a better option

wherever the money is
He should not have been given the job IMHO but I will support him week in week out until he goes the same as I have done every manager / player we have representing us.

Again no. Wilking may well be a good servant but he shouldn't be the manager of this club.

i must say it felt really weid with the timing of appointing wilkins as the manager for the rest of the season 2 or 3 more weeks down the line would have knight still of made this appointment
