Does Magoo continue to insist on playing certain members of the team who are simply not pulling their weight and as a result are affecting those around them performances. Carpenter was again woeful and should be released. Since Oatways injury Hammond has not had the reign to go forward and his performances have dropped. Mcshane is carrying Butters in terms of pace and if he was replaced by Hinsh or El Abd at the back then we could play a higher defensive line and pressure the opposition more effectively. Im sorry for any offence caused but i pay my money and i am entitled to my say.

I agree regarding Hammond and Chippy. I wonder if MM has forgotten that Reid is a midfielder.

Hammond was not at the races for much of today.

A couple of shocker passes gave away possession.

Feel free to slate me, but as far as midfield is concerned I think we look so much better with Kerry playing the holding role, which allows Hammond to play his own game and push forward. Sorry to say it but Chippy just hasn't been the same since his injury. It always used to be with him you only noticed him when he had a bad game, now as much as I like him, I notice him every week :nono:

Hinsh and Mcshane should be the centre half pairing with mayo and dodd at fullback and not centre halfs.Think father time has caught up with butters Ive seen milk turn faster

That's the idea, one has experience and one has speed.

I thought Kerry had a good game in the midfield against Watford but i would prefer too see Paul Reid in there.

Why do you not agree regarding Butters?

Though i have not been too two many away games this season I have been at all the home games and I thing that butters holds his owns and should have a new contract.

I would argue that Young centre half pairings work very well - just look at Anton Ferdinand and Elliot Ward in this league last year. The pairing works when one of the two has maturity beyond his years, something which McShane clearly posses

Because Butters is good at maintaing his position and channel and his first touch is spot on.

Definitely be good for another season if we are relegated.
