He has some good records when playing for Chelsea and managing. A QPR fanatic I always thought he would end up there. I always wonder if his success was Gus poyet his number 2.

Got Millwall to cup final and into europe.Got Swindon into top two in division.Got Leeds to play offs after starting season -15pts....Enough said, sound a pretty good cv to me.....People said McGhee was the sort of man to walk out on clubs, but he leant by past mistakes and was pretty loyal to us, maybe Wise willl be the same.

I've wondered too. I thought it may be because of something he may have done or said about us but it just seems to be more of a character thing.. Well bollocks to that.. If he can do a job then what does it matter. Anyone thinking of boycotting the club if we get Wise in must be f***ing stupid.

Wise/Poyet is the ticket to take us to Falmer and the Championship. Wise has a WINNERS mentality. Bloom is a WINNER. Poyet has the football brains.
Whats no to like. The fact Wise is a c*nt is an asset to me. He will rile the opposition fans and he will piss people off. We need that. Slade is a nice man. Nice gets you nowhere especially in the world of football.
I think Wise would turn us into WINNERS and take us to the Championship and beyond.
In view of the lack of decent candidates and the fact that Slade is a dead man walking lets get the job done next week and start planning for the future success of BHAFC.

I just don't understand people's hatred of Wise.
Yes, he was a little git when he played, but he was always popular with Chelsea fans. One of those players teams love to have in their ranks, hate to play against.

Speaking to a Leeds fan last night and I mentioned this and he had heard that Poyet has stated he would never work with Wise again. He also said Poyet is the brains, if we are going after anyone then it should be him and not Wise
