How exactly does a religion" wobble it's head"
and does wobbling one's head actually achieve anything constructive , has anyone here tried it and are prepared to share their experience either positive or negative ?

The arse end of Hangleton
Lastly, judging from my local supermarket, Easter now starts as soon as the Xmas clearance stock has gone and lasts until the weather holds the slightest whiff of BBQ time.
Mrs WS need a Mothers Day card to send to Cyprus and it takes weeks to get delivered so she sent me out to find one at the supermarket. Frustrating that I can buy Easter eggs but not a Mothers Day card yet Easter is WEEKS after Mothers Day.

Why do you work for such people if you despise them? They can’t be all bad if they’re generating employment, paying taxes and not harming anyone / breaking the law?
I've been looking for a job for a while but the owner sold the business last week and made 38 people jobless as the new owner (also brethren) has laid everyone off.

I agree that 25th December is an unlikely date for the birth of Christ . Just a Church , I e originally Catholic tradition. Easter on the other hand is , as has been said, identifiable as at the Passover. The Jewish calendar is a lunar one whereas follows the Sun . That’s why Easter changes every year .
Edit: sorry to have repeated what others have said.
I suspect the 25th of December was deliberately chosen to usurp the Pagan Winter Solistice celebrations.

It's also why lots of Christian churches have a Yew tree in the grounds. The churches were often deliberately built on Pagan sites of worship.

Jesus could turn water into wine and got killed by his mates. What were they thinking?

I'd have died of liver failure if that was me

Hope you’re able to get a new job very soon. I’m about to embark similarly. Numbers game.

When was Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ born? December 25th, right? That's what we've all agreed, whether it's accurate or not.

Fair enough.

When did he die and come back from the dead? Easter, correct?

Last year, Easter Sunday was March 31st.

This year, it's April 20th.

So why do take one date as gospel but the other is a moveable chocolate feast?

Is it because it's all Horlicks? Or is there a genuine reason?
You think THAT’s the reason it has to give its head a wobble?

Thanks, and likewise.
I need a career change anyway, warehousing is a young man's game and that isn't me anymore.

This lot are PPE supply/manufacturer.
The company is hurstpierpoint.
People always ask me if they're from Plymouth so maybe they're related (pretty sure all of them are cousins in one way or another).
We do all the uniforms for Progarm as it happens.

How come whenever I see posts like this (on Facebook, twitter, etc.) it's only ever against Christianity? Never against Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, etc.

Guess Christians are an easy target.
Yeah, the internet famously has never had people posting anything bad about Muslims, especially not in the last year
