St Augustine wrote to the Pope to say he'd discovered a church in Glastonbury built by followers of Jesus. But St Gildas (a 6th-Century British cleric) said it was built by Jesus himself. It's a very very ancient church which went back perhaps to AD37."

Actually, I have it on good authority that he built my garage too.

What a stupid post. It's called having faith, which you obviously have none, which is your loss obviously. But it's not big and clever posting your ignorant views on here, best keep them to yourself.

Not really, it's called wildly speculating that someone who lived 2000 years ago who may or may not have been what people said he was visited England.

I have 100% faith that noone has any f***ing idea whether he visited England or not!

Nearly every religion subscribes to the fact that to not believe in that particular religion you will be cast in to hell/damnation/forced to watch Gazza's miss against the German's for eternity.
Therefore all of us are condemed to this hell by many other religions even if you are a believer in your own.

We are all doomed !

Yes, one person's slightly odd (yet not necessarily wrong) views that are related to (but nothing to do with) ONE religion clearly "proves" that all religion is a waste of time.

What a stupid face. It's called cosmetic surgery which you obviously haven't had, which is our loss. And it must feel great to be such an individual that you cannot see the funny side or irony. As I say to the churchgoers who park on the double yellow lines outside my house every Sunday, 'you're not Christian, just selfish'. If you need a staff to lean against to get you through life then by all means have 'faith', I'll just stick to coping without being preyed upon by religous zealots. Amen.

I'm not commenting on this scottish guys beliefs. I was pointing out that to brand 'all religion a waste of time' is just such an ignorant thing to say. If your gonna come out with something like that then at least put across a strong argument

Well you're not insulting me cos that's larry david's face, a comedy legend. What religous zealots are preying on anybody? I've never met any of those.
