West Ham falling into the Hughton trap:

How to make the opposition play the long ball game | Tactics | FourFourTwo Performance

Albion will be more sophisticated and will decline to play the long ball. There is a problem that West Ham are falling into my getting their short passes cut out. At the moment Nolan is not cutting the mustard in the midfield role. Whittingham (Cardiff) looks a better player as do McAnuff, McSheffery, Middlesbrough and Leicester midfielders. Razak was never going to stay at the Albion and he was too young.

I think West Ham will pull one goal back.

I find it weird West Ham probs have the best CB in the league in Tomkins and play him in Midfield, and why the hell does he play Cole his bollocks as it comes, only one manager has had him playing well and West Ham sacked him

Is this bloke always so out of touch? ???

Who of us is out of touch with reality.

A Birmingham win gives them play offs plus West Ham probably that then leaves 2 places between us Cardiff Blackpool possibly Middlesbro, and Leicester are creeping up behind us if we lose tomorrow and they win their next game. A west Ham win throws Birmingham back in the mix and if we beat them we will make the play offs.

brum are light years away from us, and poor west ham form is great for us. brum win is better for us also as when they come here they will be relaxing as already in the PO's.

The west ham fans don't seem to mind the hoof ball at the moment.
