Whos your indian takeaway in Brighton

I quite like the Agra for takeaways and the Shahi for eating in, but I've got to agree with Gwylan: overall the standard of Indian resturants and takeaways (and kebab shops for that matter) isn't as good in Brighton as it is in other parts of the country. I'm NOT knocking it, it's better than ok, and it's light years ahead of what it used to be, but for decent Indian food you really do need a large and thriving Indian (or Pakistani or Bangledeshi) community and Brighton hasn't really got that.

Haven't seen anyone mention Spice Nutriment, Queens Rd (although I did skip page 2). The freshness and the breadth/depth of the taste is legendary - but you will have to wait for 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get it.

Worth the wait.

I think they might be connected to Eshna's Nutrition on Coombe Terrace, who I wouldn't recommend due to a foreign object I found in one of their meals
