Loved Eric Cantona. Still do, actually. The Palace kung-fu kick obviously legendary, but the game misses that kind of eccentricity.

Also loved watching Dennis Bergkamp & Thierry Henry, Zola and Le Tissier. Notable mentions to David Beckham, Tony Yeboah and Teddy Sheringham.

Another vote for Bergkamp.
Ridiculous talent. & with that rarely noted quiet Dutch nastyness

Given that list, can you share your definition of 'cult'?

Matthew Le Tissier was a fantastic watch and I did on several occasions. He carried Southampton for a decade and as is typical of simpletons managing England over several years, was criminally overlooked because he was a luxury player.

Sorry, no, it was because he didn't play for a big club.

It used to annoy me but seeing what an absolute moron he's turned out to be in later years, maybe it's justice.

Kevin Keegan for me, my first Albion game my Dad took me to was v Southampton, when he was playing for them
My father always referred to him as a turn-coat after he moved to Hamburg :lolol:
