What about Eric Cantona. I saw Him manage the French beach Football team in Brazil a couple of years ago. He was very passionate. Even grabed one of his players and threw him on the pitch because he wasn't quick enough.

He would be great for the Albion with the kung Fu kick connection. Could we tempt him

Curbishely for me but as others have said Adams will not go even if we are relegated...

Absolutely no chance of getting Curbishley by all accounts he's still involved in a contract dispute with West Ham that rules him out of taking another job, If he did give up his dispute it would'nt be for the wages a league 1 team pays.

I want a young hungry manager like Boothy.Look at teams like Posh and MK.They both have young managers. So do Brentford,Bury,Roachdale.

But don't forget that young also means inexperienced. Much as I think people exaggerate the importance of 'experience' at times I'm not sure it would be a good decision to drop a rookie in in our current predicament.

We had a rookie manager that was doing a good job until an experienced chairman poked his nose in and f***ed it up.

If it was my choice from that I would go for Curbs, but that is about as likely as the West Pier re-opening in time for the summer.

Boothy isn't a complete rookie though. He has won promotion and probably has alot of hunger too.Much rather go for the younger option for the long term plans. We already brought back an experienced manager who looks like taking us down.

If he would leave his current job my first choice would be Brian Horton!!

He has proved himself worthy with what he has helped Hull achieve and still loves the club, Spent a while chatting to him at the Falmer opening dig and i reckon he might be tempted.

Did you read my post, or just go into your normal abuse Gully mode...re-read it and then re-consider your response!

So what was the point in mentioning him? Why not say Fergie? :shootself

He done a great job of stabalising our club at Gillingham and setting us on a decent path, I was quite disgusted after he left when somebody tried selling me a fanzine that was calling him a judas.

I picked my choice from one of the options available, which I believe was the wish of the person who started the thread...we weren't being invited to delve in to the psyche of our choice for reasons why they wouldn't want to manage the Albion?

...it was an easy choice, why do you have to criticise the way people have responded?
