Some may disagree with this, but I believe The Albion will be an attractive proposition for many managers, particularly those who are already enjoying success with clubs with smaller playing budgets and more modest longer term ambitions. Fact is, we should be doing FAR better with our current group of players. So, hypothetically, who would you like to see be given the chance to turn our fortunes around? Although not a household name, I would consider Andy Scott (who's doing a brilliant job at Brentford this season). He even plays players in their strongest positions!!

Adams aint gonna' get the sack. End of.

Cotterill is realistic + might be worth a shout

Was certainly popular here as a player, but I'm afraid he's another long-ball merchant. I think Brighton fans want to be entertained now. Also, Cotterill's accent is worryingly similar to Ian Holloway's!

I've always wanted Danny Wilson as our manager as has Dick Knight I believe. However very Northern based at the moment. Anyway Adams is here to stay so poll is more than a little premature.

I would like to see George Graham as the next Brighton manager. He'd sort out our defence and get them playing as a disciplined team.

This makes me laugh, think about the shit support the team and manager have been given this season, and you reckon there will be anyone that would want to come here. Think again, the Brighton manager must be one of the most unwanted jobs in football.

How many applications did we get in December 1996 when we were 12 points adrift at the bottom of the football league with our ground about to be bulldozed and no replacement in sight? People will always want to manage this club. IMHO a good manager has every chance of succeeding with this group of players and building real momentum as we head towards Falmer.

I think it would take more than just a financial incentive to lure George out of retirement.....oh, hang on a minute!

He can have as many brown envelopes as he wants - he'd stop the rot!

that list is quite hopeful, most are high profile managers who are hardly going to have a go at furthering their CV with a league 1 club at the wrong end of the table. and why does Liam Brady always show up, if he wanted it he's had a few oppurtunities over the recent years

i think its a job for someone who wants a crack at managment, who has nothing to lose and would at least get the fans on side. there are two interesting names and thrid missing: Forster, Butters or Oatway. the latter two have done their coaching badges haven't they...?

When we were at The Goldstone and had a much better set of fans than we do now. I used to be proud of my fellow fans, now most of them are an embarrassment. :nono:

If Micky were to go due to some of the sickening abuse he is getting at the moment I think we'd need someone with experience, a fire fighter if you will, someone in the Dave Bassett mould.

In all honesty, I'm not sure Charlie has enough between the ears to be the front man, but has more charisma and will to win than any of our current backroom set up. He's the kind of bloke who could fulfill the role Alan Cork used to have under Micky first time around.
