Who is the worst type of Tory?

I don't blame labour, I blame the electorate. We could have had a hung parliament, where one or other of the terrible choices was forced to form a coalition, it would have lasted 5 minutes. We would quickly have got rid of both Corbyn and Johnson and had fresh elections. People have to get smarter at this stuff.

Where is the poll for the worst type of Labourite?

They are all rubbish and the country really needs a coalition of at least 3 parties who actually want the best for the country rather than for their own party.

Same here,all 3 parties,wouldn’t piss in their ears if their brains were on fire.
Worst kind of Labourite? Got to be champagne socialists, closely followed by the Labourite that uses the colour of a persons skin to try and divide a nation.

It maybe a peculiar argument but it was not the argument I was making. More like the worst type of Tory is a tribal Tory and the worst type of Labour voter is a tribal labour voter. Corbyn's many failings and I am glad we are shot of him, do not excuse the pitiful excuse for a politician we have elevated to our national leader. Never has one so unworthy been Prime Minister.

I will go back to my question to Tory haters Why at last election with country in such a mess and they were promising everything why didnt Labour attract more support. Are they different now

1. A lot of Labour members are very left wing and are more interested in political purity than electability. Failure to get elected is because the electorate "doesn't understand" or because more moderate members failed to try hard enough to convince them. They could not (and many still cannot) countenance the idea that the average British voter "got" Corbyn and didn't like him. The team that Corbyn surrounded himself with made Labour unelectable.

2. "Get Brexit Done" . Every time Johnson was asked a difficult question he came back with that platitude. Many Labour voters wanted Brexit so voted for the Tories because they thought Johnson would deliver.

The only way Labour could have been elected in 2019 is with a completely different leader/top team who's flagship policy was enacting Brexit.

(and for clarity, I am very left wing in my views but tempered by pragmatism. I voted for Corbyn to be Labour leader, a vote I bitterly regret.)

A good moderate Labour man. Heard him interviewed recently during which he praised Government about handling of Covid. He wont get back if he carries on like that, Although when you are not one of opposition you can say what you think and are not programmed to criticise everything
