If they are rich they deserve it and worked hard for it. If they are poor they are lazy and feckless. Everyone knows that.Hopefully someone who worked hard for it

As it happens, I have a few thousand in banknotes just lying around on my desk, collecting dust. Can't be bothered to pick them up.
My butler wouldn't stand for that sort of thing.
I guess everyone has a different idea of wealth And the value of money but I was disgusted to see a gold Rolex in the jewellers today that was £19,500. (In Portslade - some hope).
I know you can buy watches for even more but when you can buy a watch for a fiver Shirley this is IMMORAL? How much is too much? Who can justify this on a mere trinket?
We all like nice stuff, we all want to own ...things. But there is a difference between quality and obscenity.
I went to Asda today to buy a top for my son - utter dog shit but I equally wouldn’t put him Prada when he’ll grow out of it next month.
For £19,500 I’d want a car, and a watch, and a threesome, and some more rum.
I’m I rambling?
Happy Saturday everyone!
The Pension freedom act will be a great leveller here.
Since 2015 anyone with a final salary pension is able to use the value to transfer into a another fund. They can then access this once they reach 55.
It wouldn’t be unusual for an average Joe who has been with his employer for over 30 years to have a fund in excess of £1m at his or her disposal.

LOL - thread goes full circle. You'll have to get advice from the likes of Steve Foster (other investment advisors are available) to make that transfer
Investment advisors are ten a penny . Do your own research and save yourself paying all their commission !
All good practice investment advice is freely available online . You can then use far cheaper online execution only services .

I merely hope that everyone, no matter the size of their wealth, pays the appropriate taxes.
