Who is going to Olympic Park at some point for some event or other?

Went to the Rowing yesterday, a great day out, and superbly organised.

LOADS of busses from the Park and Ride Sites, even when everyone left together at the end there were no queues.

All the securuity was done by the Army - not a G4S employee in sight.

Gamesmakers polite and helpful.

We're also going to the Athletics, Boxing and Marathon - can't wait.

Just got tickets for me and my son for the boxing at the excel next sunday, am now going to have to leave a party early in london on saturday night to get back to sussex to pick up my son , to then trek back to london for the boxing ! Mind you the delight in his voice when I told him was worth the hassle.

6 of us off to Men's Handball tomorrow and also going to Women's basketball quarters on Tuesday. Really looking forward to it and soaking up what is a truly unique experience and tbh prefer to be at the Olympics than watch the game at the Amex
