I might put some money on Barcelona. Messi, Neymar and Suarez up front. Not sure why Brighton have not snapped up these players already for our promotion challenge next season.

Mr Bloom get your cheque book out.

That's a brutal front line.

Forget the cheque book. He should play the Barca president at poker. They would soon be ours.

In theory I should not post as I do not care.

Sorry, but bear with me.......

Could not give a sxit!

European football is more to blame than the Premier League for the demise of English club football. All about money, not about the fans, I really do not have any interest whatsoever in who beat who between Ajax and Marseilles, or Valencia and Galatasaray. I do not know these people, I do not mix with these people on a regular basis, certainly not on a daily basis at work. My club has no rivalry that I know of with any team outside of the UK so my passionate side struggles, and half of the attraction of football is passion.

Chelsea, Manchester clubs, Arsenal, Liverpool may all chase the money and media glory of Euro tippy tappy, but I just shrug and go back to the domestic league, where I can get excited and melancholy all in the space of 5 minutes. Of course I aspire to be successful, of course I want The Albion to return to the top division in English football even though we will never challenge for honours iin my lifetime, even though we would be joining the problem rather than attempting to right the problem.

But chase the European dream? Nah, I will go watch non league instead.

Barca for me. I love watching them play. I went to see them last season in the Neucamp and it was sublime.

Biscuits in the Middle.

Game all about tactics. I prefer the classic (sort of) 4-3-3 of Barcelona as a model.

That's my bet down. I said I might lose in the first minute.

Even Barcelona play the ball back and sideways rather than lose the ball.
