Depends on which day and what time:

Virgin Radio early morning.
BBC Radio 4 (Today programme) in car on way to work
GHR in the mornings (from 10 onwards)
BBC 6 music in the afternoons
BBC Radio 2 evenings (Jo Whiley)

Combination of the above at weekends, but don't miss Sounds of the Seventies on Radio 2 on Sundays.

R4 for news, R5 for Sport, 6 Music for, er, music.

Mrs GB likes Heart on in the car so every now and again I'm subjected to their "more music variety" (so long as it's Ed Sheeran), moronic presenters and terrible adverts.

6 music first up, then Classic FM when they start playing ambient techno or autotuned tinny pop

BBC Radio 6 is my go-to
Sport on 5 Live & 5 Live Sports Extra

Sometimes a bit of Classic FM in the car, or Absolute Radio 90s on a longer journey.

Actually, in the car it's mostly the soundtrack to Moana and/or Encanto to keep the 3yr old happy

Radio 4, driving to and fro from work, occasionally Talksport but aeems to be more adverts than chat. Otherwise, Primordial Radio. £60 a year but worth every penny.

When I’m having breakfast I listen to Radio Sussex, it’s just something in the background. sometimes listen to R6 until some rap comes on…..I’m not a morning person and rap doesn’t help my mood.
In my van or if I have my own radio at work it’s R6, R2 or Absolute, depending on who the DJ / presenters are.

As I work in other people’s homes I sometimes have to listen to their choice of radio, I have actually asked customers to turn off Classic FM as I can’t stand it.
