Radio station featuring Jamaican music online by past students of the Alpha Boys School in Kingston, Jamaica. Listen 24/7 for jazz, ska, dub and reggae music hits and rare gems.
Along with many others avoiding the news ( https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cj7799jv74vo), I've recently started listening to BBC R3 a bit more than R4. The evening shows (Late Junction and Night Tracks) have some really interesting stuff and the latter is good to listen to in bed. The morning DJ Petroc Trelawney (no prizes for guessing where he's from ) is good as well. 6 Music (certain DJs anyway) can also be brilliant. The BBC Licence fee is amazing value if you consider it pays for the wireless as well.
I also enjoy Radio Reverb , Brighton's community radio station. I find Radio Sussex DJs a bit inane (Soz if there's any on here).
I also listen to Portuguese radio stations Antenna 1, 2 and 3 in my ongoing and unsuccessful attempt to.learn the language.

Classic FM (I'm officially old)
TS in very small doses.
The NHS must have signed a contract to play R2 in all its waiting rooms, and at significant volume. Not ideal when your appointment time runs over by an hour and you're forced to endure crodo-style callers from Chipping Sodbury phoning in with 'amusing' life stories interspersed with ELO and Roxy Music.
