Wake up to Radio Sussex. Radio 4 is brilliant throughout the day on and off. Talksport but cannot stand Adrian Durham, Radio two now and again. Any away games Radio Sussex. The very worst presenter is Sarah Gorrell on Radio Sussex. She cannot put a sentence together. It is er,er.er. How can she hold a job down.

I only listen to the Radio station I work with. It's an Internet radio station run by hobbyists. Mixture of professional sounding stuff to the godawful, but a very social station nevertheless. It's www.a1radio.co.uk if you fancy trying it, and I'm on every Sunday 10pm-midnight

Radio 4 + Talksport when driving. Also the BBC sport stations + Southern Counties when Brighton are playing and I'm not attending the match.

As for me - I love Heart FM on the way to work, then some Absolute Radio usually of a weekend when the wife has got me doing the chores and I quite enjoy a bit of Radio 4 as my guilty pleasure.
