There's a Man U fan where I work. After we drew 1-1 with FCUM he thought Brighton went out the cup because of away goals. Think that sums up all Man U fans to be honest.

Surely racist Irish people support Rangers? Now, a great many sectarian Scots of Irish descent support Celtic (most Irish couldn't be bothered), but the real racists - the UVF/UFF-BNP contingents - support Rangers.

Personally, I hate the Old Firm as a single institution. I fail to see any substantial difference between Rangers and Celtic other than the colours they wear. Arrogant, bigoted, anti-Scottish, obsessively self-interested, and damaging to football. As a description, that fits both clubs.

Palace; simply because their our rivals. I dislike Liverpool too because so many of my friends support them for no apparent reason. It's a personal thing.

I too know quite a few people locally who 'support' Liverpool,with no connection to the area whatsoever. To me, it's as weird as supporting, say, Sweden, in internationals.

Wenger would easily get an invite to my dream dinner party - what's to hate about him?
He's single handedly responsible for the most aesthetically pleasing football I've ever watched - just needs a decent 30 goals a season player which he's not had since Henry.....
Moreover, I'd suggest Gus is modelling his whole management philosphy on Wegner, even to the extent of getting in players from anywhere but England.
