Too far from the sun
It's a tough question, but it depends on what you mean by 'hate'. Out of the clubs listed the only one that I would wish out of existence is Man U, simply because they are largely responsible for turning a club into a 'brand' and have turned football from a game to a 'commercial experience'. I know they're not the only ones to do this but they are by far the worst offenders. Though obviously the one team I'd want ours to beat more than any other would be Palarse

Probably, but I need a team to blame. I seem to recall that they were at the forefront on ensuring that home teams take all the gate receipts for league games.

....
They were indeed. People always blame Sky but the big clubs had started the ball rolling long before. Gate receipts always used to be shared for League games like for Cups. The home side got more but the away side got a share. The Big Five didn't like it and decided they wanted all the money for themselves. The rest agreed as they didn't want the big clubs to break away and form their own league. Proof that appeasement never works!

People also forget that the original 'breakaway' idea was discussed by the big clubs with ITV being the television partner. Sky simply came along with more money but they were far from being the instigator - the breakaway idea had already been accepted.
