Lies, damned lies: the full list of accusations against Boris Johnson

Here we look at some of the most egregious examples of the prime minister’s alleged dishonesty.

Ok so which one of you scumbags took my fred and got it published in The Guardian?

Absolutely nowhere near a full list, but even I had forgotten one of those 8 listed

Hillsborough disaster

The prime minister was condemned for publishing an article in 2004 as editor of the Spectator in which he blamed Liverpool fans for the 1989 Hillsborough disaster.

While the article says the event was “undeniably” a tragedy, it adds: “That is no excuse for Liverpool’s failure to acknowledge, even to this day, the part played in the disaster by drunken fans at the back of the crowd who mindlessly tried to fight their way into the ground that Saturday afternoon.”

So he had an affair with Petronella (who has a half brother called Pericles), hired (and married) a woman called Allegra, has the middle name de Pfeffel and called his son Wilf. He really doesn't live in our world, does he?

I don't think Johnson is as well off as people might think. He has a couple of £million by all accounts, but that is small change compared to Sunak and many of his other cronies.

There is a thought that he wants to be Prime Monster for the sake of the money he could earn on the prawn cocktail lecture circuit after he (eventually) goes. However to earn that he actually has to have done something and spent time in the office, so he can't afford to go quickly, and certainly not quietly.

And what about the good news? ???
