Of course we care Paddy. Best of luck and remember Sinead, focus, breathe and pant don't push. Paddy you make sure there is plenty of hot water.

Keep us posted on the progress. Everyone thinking of you.

Of course it seems to be a well known fact that all babies arrive in the middle of the night so any time now then.

Thanks everyone. No baby yet. Midwife was here most of the night and says things are moving slowly so could be a while. Not really what the Mrs wanted to hear but nevermind!

We should have run a book on when the baby will arrive, my bet would be 4.45 this afternoon, just as the final whistles start to sound on the first day of the season and we are celebrating a resounding victory at Rotherham.

All the best

Well, half time and 4.45pm have been and gone and baby has not yet shown his/her face. Think things are progressing now though, she is certainly panting and moaning more than she has been.

Well leave her alone, she's meant to be having a baby, you're not meant to try making another now.

Can we choose the name for you?

Given your Irish connections my suggestions are Niamh and Rory, obviously depending on whether it is a boy or girl.

We were going to call her if she's a girl Aurora and use the nickname Rory but Mrs Starry nixed that because I suggested it. Niamh is out because every second girl in our family is called it.

Our surname ends in a -on sounds so Rhiannon is out as well!

Baby be it boy or girl is nameless right now.

Have to look at initials as well, if for example your surname is Thompson, calling a daughter something like Tamsin Imogen might not be a good idea, or a son Robert Andrew!!!

Hold on in there Sinead. Can't be too much longer to go now. Reckon everyone on here is sharing your pains with you as well so that should make it easier for you.

Oh and when Baby Starry does finally make an entrance don't forget the camera - we want the first exclusive picture on here. Tell Hello and OK to go to hell. :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol: :lolol:
