Where is the poshest place to eat in Brighton?

It always used to be English's Oyster Bar, but things may have changed in recent years.

Worth a try, though, especially if you like fish and chips.

I was thinking that and the French Connection was also pretty good but long closed now?

A shame, I really rated that restaurant. Only 64 degrees would beat it for me but they are completely different types of restaurant.

Poshest place I've been to is the restaurant at Amberley Castle. Dinner jacket required for the evening.

The Salt Room if you like seafood. Also 64 degrees would be a good shout. Issac At on Gloucester Street is also worth a look.
