Agree, he can f*** off if he goes. Clearly just going for the money if he goes to that scum club.Caciedo is no better than Cucurella money motivated no loyalty to the club that gave him his PL opportunity hope he flops just like Cucurella at Chelsea. I can see a poxy thank you Brighton fans vt being hastily put together when he finally fucks off.
Would be a hoot if Caicedo told them, eight years? No chance, I don't want to be tied down for that long - 5 years and £50M will do me fine!Dream scenario for caicedo.
8 years income secured. Will be on at least £200k. That’s £83M.
Who would want that?
8 year deal is weird since the amortisation cap is 5 years.

Really? One hundred BILLION pounds?Tom Cruise was paid around £100m for Top Gun: Maverick. That film has grossed £100 BILLION worldwide (so far).
“Triple my wages you say? Nah you’re alright!”Agree, he can f*** off if he goes. Clearly just going for the money if he goes to that scum club.
Sorry, one BILLION poundsReally? One hundred BILLION pounds?
£100,000,000,000?
Although, even with the madness of the football market, his signature isn't worth that.100m. Yes Chelsea. That's the price. Now pay up or f*** off you shallow, dogshit club.
True Brighton Lines. And like you say, if they pay it - I won't complain.Although, even with the madness of the football market, his signature isn't worth that.
Having watched him this year, he has been very good, sometimes outstanding. In the odd match not so. I think we need to ask ourselves how we would view him if we supported another team.
I think Albion will get £80m. But if Chelsea stumped up £100m, making him top ten in the most expensive signings of all time, then they would be foolish. He's had one full season in this league. It's the second season that really defines a player.
Still, if they were willing I'm not complaining.
As regards Albion wanting at least £100m. I'm taking that with the pinch of salt it deserves. We don't know what they would settle for.
Wow how ridiculously churlish, the guy does a massive job for us last season, agrees to a long term contract without an escape clause, which means he is no longer low hanging fruit, giving us the possibility of a massive pay day. All along with the owner and manager clearly knowing he has ambitions bigger than our club can in be reasonably expected to fulfil. Given all this then why not the same feelings for Mac, who did have an escape clause written in meaning, he was low hanging fruit and Liverpool got a bargain. Does your petulance extend to all players who move on? Why not have disdain for players who leave their clubs to come to us, surely they have behaved in the same manner. Should players only leave when their contracts are up or they are no longer wanted by their club?Agree, he can f*** off if he goes. Clearly just going for the money if he goes to that scum club.
If you sign a contract you should expect to stay for the duration unless of course you have a gentleman's agreement or likewise to say differently. which i would fully expect Brighton to honour.Wow how ridiculously churlish, the guy does a massive job for us last season, agrees to a long term contract without an escape clause, which means he is no longer low hanging fruit, giving us the possibility of a massive pay day. I was agreeing with you until you said on loan. Why would we drop a players value for a loan move? Makes no sense.Feels like what a lot of us thought was the case is the case. We value Moises at over 100, Chelsea don't. Clearly Colwill is key. I'd say the most likely outcome now is a fee of somewhere between the two plus Colwill on loan.
Staying for the length of your contract is the last thing we want our top players to do! Football doesn't work like that.If you sign a contract you should expect to stay for the duration unless of course you have a gentleman's agreement or likewise to say differently. which i would fully expect Brighton to honour.
We pay him handsomely to do a massive job. That's the point. I don't have a problem with Moises by the way i just want it all sorted so he can concentrate on football wherever that may be. Then we as a club can move on.
That’s Tony’s model absolutely fvcked then.If you sign a contract you should expect to stay for the duration unless of course you have a gentleman's agreement or likewise to say differently. which i would fully expect Brighton to honour.

We could have another 8 weeks of this.Feels like what a lot of us thought was the case is the case. We value Moises at over 100, Chelsea don't. Clearly Colwill is key. I'd say the most likely outcome now is a fee of somewhere between the two plus Colwill on loan.
