Given we've had Cucu unhappy, Trossard unhappy, Moises briefly unhappy, Sanchez unhappy, Moises unhappy again, getting rid would at least mean a bit of harmony in the camp for the first time in yonks. Even if it doesn't effect the older players it will the young ones, and must be draining for RDZ.

Managing a group of people in any situation will always have disgruntled people within the group irrelevant of the job. If you give everyone a bonus some will still moan they deserved more and so on. Managing a group of young men, all earning way more than the average person of their age, each with an agent a text away, all earning varying amounts will never be harmonious.

The way the game is managed now is a million years away from yesteryear. We still call them managers but those in charge of the squad are just coaches, the management is so much more liason mangers etc etc. If a coach should so much as bawl a player out they're on the phone to their agent, therapist or whatever.

We're fortunate not only having a great management set up that remain level headed, but we have senior players that probably have some of the wisest heads currently playing in the game.

Every interview I have seen with Moises, he comes across as very shy, very young, possibly immature and lacking confidence when not on the football field. When compared to AliMac who was mature waay beyond his years, the difference is absolutely staggering.

For this reason, I can imagine him being easily influenced by those around him and, if we have had to do what we did in January, and give him time off, I have no problem with it. Because if TB's fee isn't reached, I believe those exact same characteristics will have him back to his best in no time when those around him are Dunk, Lallana, Welbz etc

I've had arguments with Chelsea fans about this. The whole "Your manager promised he would be sold" bullshit that's been propagated out into the vast, endless sea of spunk that is social media.

There is not a single sensibly run club where a HEAD COACH is promising a prized club asset that they would be sold. It just does not happen. Ever.

RDZ will be so far removed from the financial aspect of the club that the only numbers he'll see, outside of player data packages, are the ones on his payslip.

It just boggles my mind that people don't understand it.

I’m almost 100% certain it’s not causing disruption in the camp. The players will be fully aware of the situation and respectful of both the players and clubs position.

Had the privilege of speaking at Seagulls Over London last night, clearly the demographic in the room was on average well over 50 something long time Albion fans but the consensus of opinion was it was time to get rid, even if it meant just getting under the alleged asking price.

Astrid is obviously a very intuitive and intelligent football commentator. She has 37k followers, mostly male, and always gets an amazing amount of 'likes'.

I can't work out why when I used to share similar views no-one seemed interested though.

There is no evidence he is acting like a brat, disrupting anyone or even sulking.
Tony Bloom knows what he is doing and so does Paul Barber. We have to trust their judgement at the moment.

What's he actually done? Put in a transfer request in January, posted a farewell message on instagram thanking us for allowing his "dream move", stopped turning up at training in the last transfer window and got a little talking to from the Ecuador captain for the way he was handling it.

This window? Whether we know the details or not, his agents are pushing the narrative that he doesn't want to be here and wants to move. Who do you think is driving that behaviour? Surely at some point he has to take a little accountability for the way his employees conduct themselves in his name?

If he plays on Saturday, then I will eat my (proverbial) hat. I'm not guessing at what he's done, I'm judging him on how he's behaved over the last two windows. Last window, he behaved like a brat. This window, fair enough, he's yet to show his hand so until he does I retract and if he plays on Saturday, like every ALbion player (except Leon Best and Chuba Akpom) he will have my full support for what that's worth.

If it was just availability as an issue, then I'd agree but it isn't. It's been a constant noise for the last two windows. If he stays, then no doubt it will become 3.

So the Albion value Moises above what any other club is prepared to pay for him. This is beginning to look like Palace and Zaha.

With Zaha, he took a while to get over the Man Utd fiasco but them got his act together. Then Arsenal came in with a £40 mill bifd that Palace knocked back and he had a shit season after that, but then got his act together again.

I think if Caicedo does stay then - like Zaha - there is a chance he could disappoint, but if he feels the love from the club and fans he could get over it. One thing Zaha never did was undermine the manager or the team, and I don't think Caicedo would do that either.

Whilst I agree that there is no evidence of disruption it is also the case that there is no evidence of bad advice. It is all speculation.
