Dangerous Idiot
Would you though?Is it the title that they want, which is easy to implement, or is it all about the money? For my three, it's the cash, with a sprinkling of believing that they know better than senior management after a whole 12 months of real-world experience.
I've already suggested to one of them that she send her CV out to competitors if she wants to earn more, which appears to have worked based on the fact that her productivity has had a step change over the last 8 weeks as if she's realised that she needs to justify her salary requests - check out my management skillz. The other two are seriously in danger of being let go before they've done 2 years, with us cutting our losses on their recruitment and training.
