Maybe they want Caicedo to hand in a transfer request which would normally mean him sacrificing a payment from us when he goes. All a bit of a nonsense really as the whole saga has been driven by Caicedo and/or his agents so shouldn't make a difference about a transfer request as it's clear that's what they want.
