has beren mooted before and a fine idea.

I'd certainly want to walk from the Goldstone to Falmer via Withers for that 1st game.

Carden Ave and Coldean Lane, with a stop at The Hikers!

You seen the Hikers lately, FG?

Popped in there last week after work to find they're creating a 'Seagulls Bar'; it's closed at the moment but the landlord let us have a look at it, and it must be said they're doing a good job. Loads of Albion memorabilia, plenty of which even you may have never seen before!

It should be the perfect home fans pub; one things for sure, there certainly won't be any away fans welcome in there!

That's a shame, mixed pubs are always better.

They've had a massive Albion badge painted one of the wall of the hikers for a few years.
Nice to hear they are putting in even more effort.

You mean Abacus. Not your average greasy spoon is it. More Panini than pie.

Is the Hollingdean Dip Cafe still going?

Presumably to get to the stadium  unless you want them to go over the new station bridge?

You can use the underpass that runs under the A27 & over the new station bridge no need to go upto The Drove /Village way, that's the long way around.

The same one those parking in the University will use.

Thats the fella! It looks smarter than it is, still mostly ham, egg and chips, etc. Was slightly put off on my last visit thoug but the waitress moaning to the chef about customers turning up at 1pm on a lunchtime when the place was empty.

No idea about the Hollingdean one; it's probably the one part of Brighton that I hardly ever have cause to go to for some reason.

There will be no Brass Band, Just a few fans making the walk.

Now decided you don't' need the The Drove ?and want to change the argument :wanker:

You always need The Drove without The Drove a significant part of Brighton almost doesn't exist.......... Oh that Drove:thumbsup:

You can walk where you want pal. The essence of the thread is walking from Hove Park to The Amex with a Brass Band.
