About 30 people saw me scythe down Glen Johnson ( incurring a warning from the ref) at a 5-a-side centre in Dartford. Mourinho had taken charge that day at his club Chelsea. Not a goal i know but nevertheless one of the highlights of my jumpers for goalposts football career

Slotted a half-time penalty right into the top corner in front of the Albion fans at Layer Road about 10 or 11 years ago in the kids shootout comp. No idea what the crowd was but I remember getting a massive reception and chants of 'sign him up' as I was about 3ft 2 at the time. We went on to lose 1-0, think the goal was a sort of deflected cross.

The day after the 1994 FA Cup Final I managed to blag my way into a match against a Pro/Celebrity team in aid of Hurstwood Park Neurological Unit (the current Mrs AlbionRob was a secretary to a brain surgeon at the time).

The match took place at Leylands Park and there must have been about 300 on attendance. This team was a bit like the Pro/Celebrity team in the movie of Porridge. They had the male nurse from EastEnders, Jess Conrad in goal (58 at the time) & I marked Zammo from Grange Hill. Didn't know the ex-pros but remember not getting anywhere near them and didn't know any of the other celebrities!

Anyway, since the formation of this team, they had never lost or drawn. We managed to draw with them and I set up one and scored a penalty past the aging keeper. I remember Jess Conrad poncing fags & drinks of anyone and signing some poor kid's autograph book - he gave me his book and asked if I was famous. I signed it and said no!

Nipped into an empty Goldstone in the early seventies and scored in the North Stand goalnet with a tennis ball.

I never knew at the time that i was experiencing what it must be like scoring at Selhurst.

Around 10,000 if the TV viewing figures are to be believed. Scored a hatrick against a team called the potters who were so dire that a tv company decided to do a mini documentary about them. I think we beat them 11-0 and they decided to show my three goals.
